The Department of Youth Affairs, Spirituality and Education directs all the work carried out at the Institute in this direction. He brings into line the provisions specified in regulatory documents, summarizes the experience of departments, public organizations and departments in the field of spirituality: prepares and publishes the necessary scientific and methodological guidelines and literature, carries out various activities aimed at improving the spiritual consciousness of students and youth in 5 priority areas put forward by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
General provisions
• The department is created on the basis of the rector’s order;
• The working staff of the department is organized from leading specialists in this field, teachers and employees;
• The activities of the department are carried out under the supervision of the Vice-rector for Educational Work
• The Department carries out its activities jointly with the deans of faculties, heads of departments, heads of departments and curators of groups;
• The Department carries out its activities on the basis of the law of the Department of Spirituality and Enlightenment under the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Education;
Tasks of the department
• Educating students in the spirit of national and patriotic traditions, expanding their spiritual, aesthetic and moral horizons, protecting their consciousness from the influence of various extremist and harmful ideas, and educating devoted citizens of independent Uzbekistan.
Responsibilities of the department
• Carrying out activities related to educational and cultural work carried out on a national scale;
• Organization of work among students on directed, aesthetic, political, artistic education;
• Holding events, conversations, meetings in the spirit of national and cultural traditions.
• To promote the spiritual and physical development of young people;
• To determine the direction of spiritual, educational and educational work at the Institute, the development of appropriate regulatory documents and proposals;
• Participation in the improvement of the spiritual and educational work of the Republican Center for Spirituality and Law together with its city and district branches and foundations and public organizations operating in the country:
Department rights
• Monitor the spiritual and educational work at the faculties;
• Monitor the execution of orders and instructions of the Ministry related to spiritual and educational work at the faculties:
• Regularly participates and makes proposals at meetings on the selection of deputy deans for spiritual and educational work and their dismissal from their posts;
• Makes suggestions and instructions to deans of faculties and heads of departments on issues of spirituality and enlightenment;
• Monitors and evaluates the performance of professors and teachers of the works specified in the paragraph “Work on spirituality and enlightenment” in their individual work plans;
• Makes proposals for the spiritual and educational encouragement of the most active employees of faculties, departments and departments that contribute to the improvement of spiritual and educational work;
