Tasks of the accounting and marketing services sector:


  • receive and submit information about graduates who have been employed;
  • determination, calculation, and submission of the payment agreement amount, as well as assistance in submitting an application for a payment agreement;
  • preparation of an order for awarding a scholarship based on the results on the hemis platform based on the scholarship awarding report (submitted by the dean’s office or educational and methodological department) for student performance indicators and other cases;
  • determination and approval of the amount of re-training fees for students with academic debt, assistance in applying for a re-training contract;
  • assistance in writing an application for rental subsidies;
  • assistance in submitting applications for student accommodation in dormitories;
  • providing students with recommendations for employment;
  • formation and communication to students of the list of potential employers.
  • preparation, processing, and delivery to graduates of all necessary documents for distribution and employment of graduates (employment voucher, distribution commission decision, personal distribution sheet).
