Student documentation management and storage sector
The tasks of the student document management and storage sector are:
- collection of documents of students who have graduated from the institute, their sewing into files, registration and storage until the archive;
- placement in the student database of extracts from orders of students who have changed their surname, are on academic leave, have changed their direction and faculty, remained in the course, and were expelled from among students;
- delivery to the student of all necessary documents of students expelled due to transfer to another higher educational institution;
- submission of strictly accountable document forms (diploma, diploma supplement, academic certificates, etc.);
- organization of the reception, storage, and issuance of strict accountability forms (blank of diplomas, academic certificates, appendices to diplomas, etc.);
- identification of students with academic debt;
- to carry out regular correspondence with organizations and institutions through the platforms https://OTT.mehnat.uz and http://d-arxiv.edu.uz in order to confirm the authenticity of diplomas issued to graduates, to respond to appeals for the issuance of duplicates in exchange for lost diplomas and appendices.
