The Department of Control and Monitoring of the Karakalpak Medical Institute (hereinafter referred to as the department) was established in order to monitor and analyze the fulfillment of tasks defined by the Law “On Education,” timely execution in the educational process of decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers in the field of higher education, regulatory documents and methodological guidelines of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, internal orders and the orders for the institute.

When organizing its activities, the Department is guided by the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 23, 2020 No. 637 “On Education,” resolutions and other acts of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees, resolutions and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions and orders of the Government, resolutions and orders of the Board of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, The Regulations of the KTI, the regulations of the Institute and the present Regulations.

The Department monitors the implementation of educational, methodological, spiritual and educational, scientific and research, advanced training and retraining of personnel of faculties, departments, as well as departments, decisions of the board and the Academic Council, orders of the Ministry, the institute, as well as regulatory documents in the field of education, health.

            The department carries out its activities under the supervision of the Rector of KTI and reports directly to the rector.

            The Department carries out its activities in cooperation with other structural divisions of the Institute.

The main tasks of the Internal Control and Monitoring Department:

  • monitoring of the Institute’s compliance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decisions of the Board of the Ministry, orders and other documents related to higher education, as well as internal orders and orders for the Institute;
  • based on an electronic record keeping and document management system
  • control over the timely execution of documents;
  • organization and conduct of internal inspection of the faculty and teaching and support staff at the Institute;
  • to carry out supervision and monitoring of compliance with state educational standards and other regulatory documents that establish the necessary requirements for the quality of personnel training and a high level of training of students;
  • providing practical and methodological assistance to faculties, departments and other structural units on the implementation of educational standards at the Institute;
  • preparation of analytical materials and proposals to the Institute’s governing bodies on reforming and improving the educational process;
  • providing practical and methodological assistance to departments to eliminate deficiencies identified based on the analysis of the educational process at the Institute;
  • participation in the implementation of the implementation of rating methods for evaluating the activities of the teaching staff;
  • submission of specific proposals to the management of the Institute for the elimination and elimination of deficiencies and problems;
  • monitoring of compliance with educational standards and educational regulations at the Institute;
  • participation in all types of work of the Council at the Institute;
  • to require faculties, departments and other structural divisions on the issues of the institute’s activities to provide the necessary documents for the performance of their official duties and to involve specialists in this matter.;
  • defending a master’s thesis, conducting state attestations and overseeing all types of theoretical and practical training;
  • within the framework of their right to create groups with the involvement of qualified teachers and staff of the institute in accordance with the established procedure to study issues on the ground.
